Recruiting was always the big worry for me when it came time for Meyer to move on. He has the presence of being a 3 time NC coach, and that’s something that has to be earned. I believe Ryan Day could become the same, but he has to earn it, and that simply takes time. Next season is going to be extremely important for Day and the Buckeye football program as a whole.

Man our recruiting is going to take a dive and it’s already starting to happen with decommits in the 2020 class. I just don’t see how we continue to recruit at the same level as we have with Urban I mean he’s the best in the country to recruit top talent. I don’t see how we keep up with Bama and Clemson now that he’s gone ? Maybe Birm has some insight ??

Paris Johnson, thought he was a main recruiter for recruits??
Day will need a big year next year to keep the recruiting at a top 5 class.
